PRT assets include Elastic Suite, a growing business-to-business eCommerce platform and virtual catalogue technology for brands, manufacturers, and retailers to showcase products and transact online with operations in the US and Europe. This acquisition will bring together one of the largest trade show operators and a leading business-to-business eCommerce platform, driving Emerald’s ongoing digital enablement strategy through a 366-eCommerce offering and bolstering their ability to drive commerce through existing trade show and marketing services.
The M&A advisory team from Progress Partners, which acted as financial advisor to Emerald X in the transaction, was led by Sanjay Puri and Nick MacShane.
