Vivek Radia

Vivek is a Finance and Business Operations expert who enjoys new ventures and turnarounds. He helps companies establish disciplined, scalable, data driven approaches to finance through a blend of strategy, program management, negotiations, and collaboration. His experiences span Marketing Services, Media Agency services, Analytics products, Enterprise Software, Hardware, Engineering and IT services, and Construction. He has worked across the US and Global environments and uniquely worked for Clients, Consultancies, and Auditors, providing a unique blend of business models and perspectives.

Most recently Vivek was helping transform a multi-offering, PE backed, healthcare innovation company that more than doubled in size over 18 months to $475m of net revenue. He led all financial functions as well as all other business operations functions. Previously he served as the Global Commercial Officer for Digitas and as a Deputy to the Publicis Groupe Commercial Officer, specializing in pricing, negotiations, and product commercialization.

He has also operated as the President of FirmDecisions, a Marketing Audit and Consultancy. Prior to that as Finance Director of a GroupM agency. While in enterprise software at Lockheed Martin he helped launch and tame a field office that grew 25x in 6 months on the world’s largest systems integration endeavor and helped lead the turn around of world’s largest civil / cyber security program in NY. He has also worked in construction and infrastructure in the US and around the globe, integrating a large expeditionary acquisition that helped keep peace, protect vulnerable populations and political capitals, and expanded diplomatic missions.
