With 20+ years of expertise in automotive software, technology, business development and strategic advisory, Steve has been intimately involved in over a billion dollars’ worth of investment and M&A transactions. Additionally, he has founded and led four automotive tech companies—VINFactor, CompetitorPro, OEMBuildData.com and CarLingo.

In 2014, he launched Automotive Ventures, leveraging his love for automotive, banking and business development along with deep industry expertise and contacts to offer fundraising, growth strategy and transaction guidance across the automotive business lifecycle, from first money to final exit.

He’s an 18-year member of the Community Consulting Teams-Atlanta board. He also serves as President of the Emory University Alumni Board and is active with the Emory Impact Investing Group and Emory Entrepreneur Network, supporting his MBA alma mater.
