A seasoned HR leader with deep generalist expertise, she has led HR functions across organizations ranging from 30-person teams to global enterprises of more than 5,000 employees. Her experience spans tech, manufacturing, global trade and logistics, and financial services, giving her a versatile, adaptable, and insight-driven perspective on organizational design and talent strategy. Samantha’s leadership style is distinctly people-first, balancing empathy with strategic clarity to help leaders and employees thrive.

Samantha is a PHR-certified leader who holds a Master of Public Administration and Public Policy from UMass Boston, along with a BA in English from Clark University. Beyond her role, Samantha enjoys life with her two children, who motivate and inspire her people-first approach to building supportive and empowering workplaces.
