Mike Fleischman

Michael Fleischman is a hands on C- Suite CFO, Operating Executive & Board Member with a proven track record of successfully managing, assessing and directing business operations at a Fortune 500 Public Media Company and a Global Digital Media Ad Tech Company. Leadership roles on strategic initiatives including M&A, Partnerships, Bank Financing, Raising Capital, Cash Management and IPO readiness.

I am currently on the Board of Directors of Digital Remedy after 10 years as CFO which included direct responsibility for all financial- related activities including Accounting, Financial Planning, M&A, Legal, insurance, compensation, real estate and banking relationships.

Prior to Digital Remedy I worked at Cablevision and Rainbow Media and was instrumental in the launching and managing of a number of cable television networks including 10 Regional Sports Networks across the US, American Movie Classics, Bravo, and the Independent film channel.

Additionally I played a lead finance role on a number of professional sports team acquisitions including Madison Square Garden, the successful IPO of Cablevision and a tracking stock at Rainbow Media. Additionally I was involved in the creation and launch of Rainbow Advertising Sales which was one of the Cable Industry’s first Local Advertising Sales rep firm.
