Jyoti Pramanick joined Progress Partners in September 2025 as an Associate, bringing over eight years of experience in investment banking. Her background spans mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory work, with deep exposure to the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. Jyoti’s strong foundation in understanding business models and industry dynamics, combined with rigorous financial analysis, valuation, and diligence, enables her to support clients operating in fast-moving and highly competitive markets.
At Progress Partners, Jyoti plays a key role in transaction execution, partnering closely with senior bankers, founders, and management teams throughout the deal process. She is known for her structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex information into clear, decision-ready insights that support successful client outcomes.
Prior to joining Progress Partners, Jyoti worked at Moelis and Deloitte, where she executed a wide range of sell-side, buy-side, and private capital transactions for strategic buyers and financial sponsors. Jyoti holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
