Brett brings almost two decades of financial services industry experience in technology, media and telecommunications and enterprise software to Progress Partners with a unique perspective having worked on the buy-side, sell-side and as a C-suite operator.

Before becoming Managing Director at Progress Partners, he lead Newforma, an enterprise SaaS con-tech company to a successful exit as Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that Brett held leadership positions at Cox Media Group and helped to launch ad-tech platform Videa. He began his career as an investment banker at Rothschild Inc. before moving to Cerberus Capital Management in the Private Equity group where he invested across a multitude of industries and was a board member of numerous portfolio companies.  

Brett graduated cum laude from Babson College with a concentration in Finance and Applied Statistics.
