Bob’s expertise lies in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, capital raises and restructuring. Throughout his career, he has advised on numerous high-profile transactions in these sectors.

Bob’s banking proficiency has been aided by his early career in corporate development roles in some of the world’s largest media organizations where he was instrumental leading international initiatives in sectors including Radio & Television Broadcasting, Thematic Cable Channels, Satellite DTH, and Out-of-Home Advertising. Roles like his Vice President Strategic Planning and M&A at IAC/InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ: IACI), and Vice President Corporate Development at News Corporation Limited (NYSE: NWS) forged Bob as a genuine expert in his field and someone who values entrepreneurial leadership in technology transformation.

Bob holds an M.P.A. from Princeton University in International Economics and a B.S. from Cornell University in Industrial Relations.
