In his current role as Chief Marketing Officer for Kinsa, a Series B-funded healthtech startup specializing in illness insights solutions, Andy drives all facets of B2B / B2C marketing to position the business for profitable, sustainable growth, strategic partnerships, and industry influence.

Andy left the media world in 2020 to pursue leadership opportunities in HealthTech, Fintech, and CPG markets. He joined HighPerformFlex as COO and CMO to lead the development and execution of B2B and digital marketing strategy, enabling the business to evolve and capture growth opportunities.

During his 6-year tenure at Gannett Co., Andy owned a $1BN annual P&L, reported to the CEO, and presented to the board. As CMO / GM, he transformed a legacy portfolio of brands into a unified, forward-thinking, strategic innovator with a purpose-driven digital platform. He built an award-winning customer experience practice and launched the USA TODAY Network to garner 1MM subscriptions.

At Viacom, Andy built and led an internal startup to transform customer account and marketing functions from brand-driven silos to a central enterprise CRM and digital marketing program reaching more than 100MM fans. He spearheaded B2B, B2C, DTC, consumer, and subscription marketing for The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s magazine as VP, Marketing at Dow Jones. In earlier roles, Andy managed marketing for Columbia House’s $500MM PE-owned business and for AMEX’s premium consumer care portfolio.

Andy holds an MBA from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University. He currently serves as on the board of The Executive Forum and is a PE Segment Advisor with Gryphon Investors. Andy is a former member of World 50, Inc.’s Marketing 50 vertical and past board member of the Gannett Foundation, Grateful Ventures, and the NAA / ABC Liaison Committee.
