We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive successful execution of marketing programs that support client engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. This role is highly execution-focused, where you will drive impactful marketing strategy, maintain the quality and visibility of our brand, and ultimately ensure that our marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with the objectives of the firm.
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities and support leadership in the annual marketing planning process.
- Lead the content calendar, thought leadership, website updates, and production of marketing materials.
- Oversee email marketing, newsletters, and holiday campaigns.
- Manage firm-wide social media presence including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Plan and execute firm events and industry conferences, including vendor coordination, sponsorships, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide insights on industry trends, competitor activity, and client news.
- Oversee and mentor marketing staff to ensure high performance.
- Potential travel for select industry events (e.g., Cannes, NYC, Miami, Las Vegas).
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable changes quickly; always willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done
What We Offer
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000

Progress Partners is seeking to hire a Boston-based Experienced Investment Banking Associate to help support its M&A and Capital Markets transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, experience with financial statements, financial modeling, and strong communication skills. Prior experience in executing M&A and Capital Markets transactions in Technology verticals is highly preferred.

- Serve as a core member of deal teams on M&A and capital raising transactions
- Take on significant ownership of financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction materials
- Draft and refine critical deliverables, including CIMs, management presentations, and other materials
- Coordinate due diligence processes and manage day-to-day execution workflows
- Interact directly with clients, buyers, private equity sponsors, and senior internal stakeholders
- Identifies when content and expertise is required from clients and senior members of the team
- Participate in the recruitment, development, training, and mentoring of junior resources
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Prior investment banking experience required; at least 1 year as an Investment Banking Associate
- Strong knowledge of M&A and capital raising practices
- Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, corporate finance, and accounting
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- Exceptional writing, verbal, and computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving, creative, and strategic thinking skills
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical judgment
