We are seeking a Marketing Manager to drive successful execution of marketing programs that support client engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness. This role is highly execution-focused, where you will drive impactful marketing strategy, maintain the quality and visibility of our brand, and ultimately ensure that our marketing initiatives are strategically aligned with the objectives of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities and support leadership in the annual marketing planning process.
- Lead the content calendar, thought leadership, website updates, and production of marketing materials.
- Oversee email marketing, newsletters, and holiday campaigns.
- Manage firm-wide social media presence including content creation, scheduling, and posting.
- Plan and execute firm events and industry conferences, including vendor coordination, sponsorships, and post-event follow-up.
- Provide insights from industry trends, competitor activity, and client news.
- Oversee and mentor marketing staff to ensure high performance.
- Potential travel for select industry events (e.g., Cannes, NYC, Miami, Las Vegas).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Flexible and adaptable changes quickly; always willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

The Associate role requires an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, experience with financial statements, financial modeling and exceptional communication skills. Candidates must have prior experience in executing M&A and Equity Capital Markets transactions for high-growth companies in the private markets- ideally within Technology verticals. A strong desire and ability to be a key driver of the execution of client transactions is a must. To be successful, you must be self-motivated, proactive, professional, and be prepared to work in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assist and mentor members of core team and support senior bankers in executing new client engagements and successfully completing transactions
- Help with creation of transaction project plan – assigns action items to internal and external team members
- Own of day-to-day client relationships and deal delivery process – lead and manage calls, drive core team on adherence to project plan and support senior bankers in establishing and exceeding client expectations
- Serve as point of quality control for deal materials such as due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, structuring and data rooms in accordance with timelines and firm guidelines
- Proactively manage market research, and market outreach campaigns
- Understand and are able to synthesize the relevant client/buyer universe
- Provide clear guidance to core team on the buildout of pitch decks, information memorandums, valuation analyses, and financial models using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Identify when content and expertise is required from client, SMEs and senior team
Successful Associate candidates should have 3+ years of experience in investment banking or corporate M&A, (ex. transaction/diligence services), and a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business – MBA preferred.
