Yash Parekh is an Analyst at Progress Partners, where he supports transaction execution and drives key analytical workstreams across active mandates. He works closely with senior bankers, founders, and management teams, providing financial analysis, valuation, and diligence support to help clients navigate complex transactions.
Prior to joining Progress Partners, Yash gained investment banking experience at Greif & Co., where he worked as a generalist, as well as at Drake Star Partners within the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) group. His transaction experience includes supporting the successful sale of a gaming company to a strategic buyer and helping execute a consumer apparel transaction through to closing.
Earlier in his career, Yash worked full-time at TresVista, where he partnered with U.S. private equity clients on high-stakes investment decisions across a range of investment mandates and industry verticals. His responsibilities included rigorous financial analysis, valuation support, and assistance throughout live deal processes.
Yash holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai. He brings a strong analytical foundation and hands-on transaction experience across buy-side and sell-side engagements.
