Jessica Straw first joined Progress Partners as an EIR in January 2022, and one year later stepped into the role of EIR Director. In this position, she leads the group and ensures the program consistently exceeds expectations. Under her leadership, the EIR Program has evolved from a network into a vibrant, high-impact community that delivers multidimensional value to both Progress Partners and its members.
In addition to overseeing the EIR Program, Jessica leverages her background in venture capital to advise several companies, providing support in growth strategy, investor readiness, and financial and operational oversight.
