Jamie’s depth of expertise spans the Consumer Goods & Services, HealthTech & Services, and Business Services sectors. He advises on strategic transactions that unlock value and foster sustainable growth, with a consultative and comprehensive approach that includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, growth capital, and corporate structuring. His diverse background enables him to navigate the complex challenges of M&A and capital markets, helping businesses achieve their financial and operational goals.
Before joining Progress Partners, Jamie led successful transactions at Tully & Holland for clients such as Vermont Coffee, Indie Lee, Nikon USA, and Bed Jet. Previously, he helped establish the Boston office at William Blair & Company, where he played a key role in the equity capital markets group.
Jamie holds a J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a B.A. from Colgate University, bringing both strategic and legal expertise to his work.
